Most products are made to order and require a period of time to be crafted and completed ready for dispatch. Within 24 hours of receipt of an order an e-mail will be issued confirming that the order has been received by LondonKillsMe and detailing an estimated dispatch time.
LondonKillsme uses three standard postage and packaging prices:
(a) £5.50 used for lightweight products requiring small amounts of packaging.
(b) £7.50 used for medium weight products requiring small amounts of packaging.
(c) 10.00 used for heavyweight products requiring large amounts of packaging.
The above listed are the only values added to products for postage and packaging charges.
All products are dispatched using either Parcel Force Express 48 Hour Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Both delivery methods require the package to be signed for and allow LondonKillsMe to track the progress of dispatched products.
All products are insured up to the sum of £150.00 and covers theft, loss and tampering of the package. If a product is received broken or damaged then please refer to our Returns Policy, to seek replacement of an order.
Currently products can only be dispatched to residents of the United Kingdom through our website. Please contact us if a product is required to be sent outside of the United Kingdom.
